FIVE THINGS TO KNOW
1. Canisius Closes Weekend Homestand Sunday

The Canisius men's basketball team will close out its weekend homestand Sunday afternoon when the Golden Griffins play host to the Manhattan Jaspers, with tip-off set for 1 p.m., at the Koessler Athletic Center. The game will be broadcast live on ESPN3. Canisius saw its five-game home win streak come to an end Friday when the Blue and Gold fell to Iona, 70-62.

2. Series History vs. Manhattan
Sunday will mark the 97th all-time meeting between these two schools in a series that dates back to the 1909-10 season. The Jaspers lead the series 57-39, which includes an 80-75 victory in
Riverdale, N.Y., back on Jan. 16. Sunday will be the Jaspers' first visit to the Koessler Athletic Center since Jan. 3, 2020 - a span of 765 days.

3. Sunday is Game 410 in the KAC
Sunday's game at the Koessler Athletic Center will be the 410th Canisius game in the Griffs' on-campus facility since
the 1975-76 campaign. All-time, Canisius is 253-156 at home on Main Street.

4. Harried Heating Up
Junior Armon Harried scored a team-high 14 points in the loss to Iona on Friday, his fourth-straight game with 10-or more points scored. The team's leading scoring at 12.1 points per game, Harried has improved his scoring average by 4.8 points per game this season so far, which is the largest jump for any player on the Griffs' roster.

5. Henderson Moving Up the Charts
Senior Jordan Henderson hit a pair of 3-pointers in the Iona game on Friday, and he starts Sunday's contest with 120 3-point field goal makes to his credit, which ranks 14th in school history. Henderson's two treys on Friday marked the 12th time this season and the 32nd time in his career where he's knocked down multiple 3-point baskets in a game.
