Men's Track Excels During Day Two of Bison Outdoor Classic

After a successful day one at the Bison Outdoor Classic that saw seniors Carlin Sullivan and Siobhan Quinn qualify for the ECAC Championships on May 11, the Golden Griffins completed day two of competition in Lewisburg, Pa., Sunday evening.

Junior Connor Doran who followed up his performance in the 1500 from Saturday afternoon with a win in his 800-meters heat, clocking in at 1:54.77. Sophomore Nicholas Spinosa also won his 800-meters heat with a mark of 1:58.86.

Sophomore Jordan Obrochta completed the 3000 with a time of 9:09.23 in ninth position, six seconds behind Patrick Kutch from Marist who finished eighth.

The Blue and Gold as the head to the southern tier to compete in the Alfred Invitational on Tuesday, April 23. Competition is set for a 4 p.m. start.
