2018-19 • SENIOR
• Became the first ever female runner to earn All-Region honors after finishing 19th at the NCAA Northeast Regional
• Finished second at the MAAC Cross Country Championships
• Placed first at the Paul Short and Canisius Alumni Classic, while finishing sixth at the National Catholics in South Bend, Ind.
• Captured her fourth-straight individual title at the Little Three Championships
• Broke the programs indoor mile (5:06.04) and 5K (17:16.89) records.
• Finished fourth at the MAAC Indoor Championships with a 5K time of 17:25.28
• Qualified for the ECAC Indoor Championships in the 5K
• Set the outdoor track record in the 10K with a time of 35:50.93, qualifying for the ECAC Outdoor Championships
• Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team
2017-2018 • JUNIOR
• Was named MAAC Cross Country Runner of the Week four times
• Finished third in the 3000 meter at the ECAC Championships
• Placed fifth at the MAAC Cross Country Championships

2016-2017 • SOPHOMORE
•Placed first at the Little Three Championship (5K) for a second time, with a time of 18:10.1
•Finished first at the Canisius Alumni Classic (5k)
•Took home the individual crown at the MAAC Cross Country Championships posting a time of 21:19.3
2015-2016 • FRESHMAN YEAR
•Placed first at the Little Three Meet (5K) with a time of 18:05.9
•Posted a time of 21:34.5 at the Paul Short Run finishing second
•Finished Seventh at the MAAC Cross Country Championship (6K) with a time of 21:31.7
•Had top 10 finishes in both events at the Brockport Golden Eagle Multi & Invitational (Indoor, Mile, 4x4)
