2018-2019 • REDSHIRT SENIOR
• Placed second at the Canisius Alumni Classic setting a career-best time of 18:11.2
• Finished 16th at the MAAC Cross Country Championships
• Qualified for the ECAC 5K and went on to set a PR of 17:24.72 in the event
• Ran in the 125th Penn Relays, crossing the line in 17:45.07 in the 5K
• Placed seventh in the ECAC Outdoor 10K with a time of 37:16.27
• Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team
2017-2018 • SENIOR YEAR
• Placed sixth in the mile at the YSU Mid Major Indoor Invite
• Finished third in the 3000 during the Cornell Upstate Challenge
• Ran a time of 3:05.09 in the 1000 meter to finish first at the Brockport Multi and Invitational
• Finished 3rd in the DMR at the MAAC Indoor Championships
• Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team
2016-2017 • JUNIOR YEAR
• Posted a time of 18:52.7 at the Little Three Championship, placing second
• Finished third at the Canisius Alumni Classic with a time of 18:34.5
