Quinn and Sullivan Qualify for ECAC's After Day One of Bison Outdoor Classic

Canisius men's and women's outdoor track programs posted strong times during day one of the Bison Outdoor Classic, highlighted by seniors Siobhan Quinn and Carlin Sullivan qualifying for the ECAC Championships later this season.

Quinn finished the 10,000-meters with a mark of 35:50.93, crossing the line in 13th position, while Sullivan posted a time of 36:35.46.

Junior Connor Doran continued his strong start to the season with another good performance in the men's 1500 with a time of 3:58.57, while teammate senior Paul Henry finished right behind with a mark of 4:00.20.

Juniors Nick Neamtu and Anthony Belfatto recorded times of 15:32.78 and 15:41.58, respectively, in the men's running of the 5000 unseeded.

In the women's 5000 invitational, senior Aileen Doyle crossed the finish line with a time of 17:59.78.

The Bison Outdoor Classic continues tomorrow at 9 a.m.
