Five Things to Know Before Canisius Plays Manhattan
1. Griffs and Jaspers Meet Just Once This Season

• When Canisius and Manhattan meet in Draddy Gymnasium on Friday night, it will mark the only meeting between the two schools this season. This will mark the first time since Canisius joined the MAAC before the 1989-90 academic year where the Griffs and Jaspers meet just one time during the regular-season.

2. That 70s Show
• Canisius improved to 9-2 on the season when scoring 70-or more points in a game this season after the Griffs defeated Monmouth 94-79 last Sunday. Dating back to last year, Canisius is 27-10 in games when reach 70-plus on the scoreboard.

3. Molson Named MAAC Rookie of the Week
• Canisius freshman guard Takal Molson was named the MAAC Rookie of the Week on Monday after he averaged 20.5 points and 5.0 rebounds per game last week in wins over Saint Peter's and Monmouth. Molson, who has been named the MAAC's Rookie of the Week twice this season, ranks third among all MAAC newcomers with his 12.6 points per game scoring average.

4. Crumpton Moves to 15th on Career Scoring List
• Canisius senior Jermaine Crumpton moved into 15th place on the school's career scoring list last Sunday when he dropped a game-high 23 points in the Griffs' 94-79 win over Monmouth. The 23-point effort extended the Niagara Falls, N.Y., native's streak of
scoring in double-figures to 15-straight games, and it moved his career scoring total to 1,328 points. Of his 1,328 career points, 746 have come in 60 MAAC games, good for an average of 12.4 points per game.

5. Mr. Top-10
• Canisius sophomore Isaiah Reese is the only player in the MAAC to rank among the conference's top-10 in scoring, rebounding and assists per game average. Reese now leads the Griffs and ranks fifth in the MAAC with his 4.6 assists per game after he dished out five helpers in last Sunday's win over Monmouth. In six MAAC games, Reese is averaging 5.3 assists per game, which ranks third-best among all players in league action.
