• The indoor track season continues this week as the Griffs head back to Ohio for a second straight week this time with an appearance in the SPIRE Institute D1 Midwest Open on Saturday.

• Last season the Golden Griffins set four school records at this meet, with returning junior Braden Tent breaking the 600-meter race record.

• Last week at the AI Campbell Invite hosted by Akron graduate student Stephanie Seyfang broke the school record in the 60-meter dash.

• On the men's side freshman Nathaniel Fisher led the way with a fifth place finish in the men's 3000 meter race with a time of 8:48.90.
