FIVE THINGS TO KNOW
1. Canisius Ends Road Slate Sunday

The Canisius men's basketball team will play its final road game of the 2021-22 regular season on Sunday afternoon when the Golden Griffins travel to play at Quinnipiac. Tip-off at the People's United Center in Hamden, Conn., is set for 1 p.m., and the game will be broadcast live on ESPN+.

2. Series History vs. Quinnipiac
Sunday will mark the 19th all-time meeting between these two schools, with Canisius leading the series 12-6. The Griffs are riding a three-game win streak over the Bobcats, including the Blue and Gold's 79-67 home victory back on Jan. 11.

3. Green Getting Buckets
Senior Malek Green came off the bench and led all scorers with 22 points in the loss at Iona Friday night, his fourth game this year with 20-or more points scored. In the last five Canisius games, Green is averaging 12.8 points
per contest while shooting 58.7 percent (27-for-46) from the field.

4. Double-Double Dutchman
Junior Jacco Fritz registered his team-leading third double-double of the season on Friday after he scored 12 points to go with 10 rebounds in the Griffs' game at Iona. The double-double performance was Fritz's first since Nov. 20 at Cleveland State, and it marks the sixth time in his career where he's recorded 10-plus points and 10-plus boards in the same contest.

5. X Means Rebounds
Freshman Xzavier Long enters the final week of the regular season ranked second among all MAAC freshmen in rebounds per game average at 4.0 per contest. Offensively, the Washington, D.C., native is good for 5.3 points per game, which is ninth-best among the conference's rookie class.
