FIVE THINGS TO KNOW
1. Rivalry Renewed

The Canisius men's basketball team continues its four-game road swing with a stop in New York's Southern Tier, as the Golden Griffins travel to play at St. Bonaventure Sunday afternoon at 5 p.m. The Griffs and the Bonnies will be meeting for the 169th time in series history, a rivalry that dates back to the 1919-20 season. Sunday's game will be broadcast live on ESPN+.

2. After a Year Off - It's Back
The Griffs and Bonnies did not play last season due to COVID-19. The 2020-21 season marks just the second time since 1946-47 where Canisius and St. Bonaventure did not meet on the hardwood. The two schools did not play in 2001-02, either.

3. The Griffs vs. Ranked Teams
Canisius' game at No. 23/24 St. Bonaventure will mark the 104th time in program history where the Griffs have played a ranked opponent. The team is 13-90 in the previous 103 contest against ranked schools. One of those 13 victories came back on Feb. 23, 1952, when Canisius defeated 10th ranked St. Bonaventure 65-63 at home.

4. Racking Up the Miles
Today's game marks the Griffs' third contest in six days, with all three of those games being played in a different city and state. Since leaving campus Nov. 8, Canisius has traveled 3,078 miles with stops in Miami, Fla., and Greenville, N.C., before making this trip to St. Bonaventure.

5. Harried Has a Night
Canisius junior Armon Harried scored a career-high 22 points in the Griffs' road loss at ECU. He also dished out a career best four assists as well. Harried, who scored 10 of the Griffs' first 13 points against the Pirates, knocked down a career-high four 3-pointers in Friday's game and he enters today's game at St. Bonaventure as the team's leading scorer with 16.5 points per contest.
