GOLDEN GRIFFINS TRAVEL TO PENN STATE FOR EASTER WEEKEND

The Canisius College golf team returns to the course for the second-straight weekend, this time at the Penn State Rutherford Intercollegiate event in State College, Pa.
Last weekend, the Blue and Gold tied for 19th at the Fireline Invitational, which was hosted by Towson in Grasonville, Md.
Canisius freshman Pat Fahey led the Griffs' charge with his 56th place finish. He posted a career-low 71 in the second round, highlighted by an eagle on the par-5 first hole at Prospect Bay Country Club.
Junior Joe Vogl matched a career-low with a 74 in the first round. Both of his career-low scores have come this year.
