Fenn and Dux on Road to Europe

Former Canisius men's basketball players Darren Fenn and Brian Dux (right) are headed back to Europe to play professional basketball.
Fenn has signed a contract with Eisbaeren Bremerhaven of the German Bundesliga, and Dux has signed with the Guildford Heat of the British Basketball League.

The 2005-06 campaign will be Fenn's fifth season overseas and his first in Germany. He began his career in France and has played in Belgium and Russia. Fenn spent last season with Bosna Sarajevo, where he averaged 9.1 points and 3.3 rebounds in 23 games while shooting 57.8 percent from the field. He averaged 12.5 points and 7.5 rebounds during his career at Canisius.

Dux makes his way across the pond for his second season. He began his career with Cape Holland in the Netherlands in 2003 and took last season off to return to the U.S. He averaged 15.2 points, 2.1 rebounds and 3.8 assists a contest in 15 games for Cape Holland in 2003-04. Dux averaged 10.4 points and 4.3 assists a game during his career at Canisius.
