Volleyball Adds Bemidji State Transfer Hannah Kos Ahead of 2024 Season

Canisius volleyball head coach Tom Hanna announced the addition of Bemidji State transfer Hannah Kos to the team's roster ahead of the 2024 campaign.
 
"Hannah is going to be a great addition to our program here at Canisius" Hanna said. "She's the caliber of person, student, and athlete that we're looking for to be a Golden Griffin. Hannah's college experience and ability to hit on either pin is something that will be major benefits to our program and provide us some options offensively."
 
In one season with the Beavers, Kos Appeared in 24 sets across 10 matches for the Beavers where she recorded 20 kills, 17 digs and 10 total blocks. The Greendale, Wis., native, Recorded a career-high 10 kills in a match against Minnesota State-Mankato on Oct. 28.
 
During her prep career at Greendale, Kos was a Wisconsin Volleyball Coaches Association Division I honorable mention her senior season. She also was named all-conference as a sophomore, junior and senior.
 
Kos joins middle blocker Emma Mans as the only other player from the Badger State on the Griffs roster ahead of next season.
