The Canisius swimming and diving teams head to Hamilton, N.Y. tomorrow, November 7th to take on Colgate University in the team's fourth meet of the season.
The event will be held at the Lineberry Natatorium at 11 a.m., with the Griffs facing a Raiders team coming off of a victory over Lehigh University last Saturday.
The Golden Griffins were swept by Geneseo College last weekend losing 126-117 on the men's side, while falling 137-102 on the women's side.
Spencer Bray won the men's 1000-yard freestyle for the Golden Griffins (10:16.67), while Coillin Zapisek (10:19.23) and Michael Berg (10:28.88) rounded out the top three.
In the women's 200 yard freestyle Rebecca Anthone took the top spot with a time of 1:59.83, as Hannah Graesser won both the 100 and 50-yard free for the blue and gold (54.33, 24.73).
Marissa Watroba had the best time in the women's 200-yard IM (2:17.52) with Tommy Kirch taking the win in the race for the men (2:00.99). Watroba also won the women's 100-yard backstroke.
The Griffs have faced the Raiders twice over the past two seasons. The men's team was victorious in both matchups, while the women fell twice to Colgate in that span.
