Game-by-Game Statistics
• Named to the All-Atlantic Hockey First Team, becoming just the second Griff forward to earn the honor.
• Led the Griffs with 46 points, 20 goals and 26 assists.
• His 46 points are the third-most in the program’s Division I history, while his 20 goals rank sixth and his 26 assists are tied for fourth.
• Finished the year ranked 17th nationally in points, 16th in goals and 26th in assists.
• Also led Canisius and placed eighth nationally with six game-winning goals, establishing a new school record.
• Added assists on another two game-winning tallies, combining to score or set up eight of the team’s 12 game winners during the season.
• Four of his six game-winning goals were scored in the third period, tied for the most in the country.
• Overall, ranked third nationally with 12 third-period goals and ninth with 20 third-period points.
• Named Atlantic Hockey Player of the Month in December and Atlantic Hockey Player of the Week on Dec. 8.
• Earned the weekly accolade after a five-point weekend at Air Force. Recorded two points (1g, 1a) in the opener (Dec. 4) before a three-point game (1g, 2a) in the finale, including a game-winning goal that was named the No. 3 Play of the Week by the NCAA (Dec. 5).
• Added a three-point performance in a 6-2 win versus Robert Morris during the month (Dec. 13), while also scoring a goal at No. 20 Merrimack (Dec. 20).
• Matched a career high with four points on two goals and two assists in a 6-3 victory at Bentley (Feb. 13).
• Posted a season-best three assists in a 4-3 win over Mercyhurst (Nov. 20).
• Recorded five points in the Atlantic Hockey First Round, helping the Griffs eliminate rival Niagara (March 4-6).
• Registered two assists in game one versus the Purple Eagles (March 4), while posting three points (1g, 2a) in a 4-1 game three victory (March 6).
• Also posted three points in games against Holy Cross (Oct. 24) and RIT (Jan. 9).
• Scored two goals in a game for the first four times in his career.
• Became the 10th player in program history with 100 career points (and just the second junior) with a goal versus Sacred Heart (Feb. 19).
• Recorded a point in a career-best 10-straight games from Dec. 23 to Jan. 23, while netting a goal in four-straight contests from Jan. 8 to Jan. 16.
• Ranked second on the team and first among forwards with a plus/minus rating of +12.
• Named to the Atlantic Hockey All-Academic Team.
• Named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District I At-Large Team, one of 12 hockey players in the country to collect the district honor.

2014-15 • SOPHOMORE YEAR

• Ranked second on the team with 37 points.
• Also led the Griffs with 26 assists, while placing second with 11 goals.
• Ranked 18th nationally and second in Atlantic Hockey with 0.70 assists per game.
• His 26 assists are also tied for the most by a Griff underclassmen and tied for fourth overall in the school’s record book.
• Netted the first-ever goal at HARBORCENTER, scoring just 22 second into the opener versus Ohio State. Also added an assist on the night as Canisius played the Buckeyes to a 3-3 draw (Oct. 31).
• Matched a program record with four assists in a 6-4 win at rival Niagara (Jan. 24).
• Posted three points (1g, 2a) in a 4-4 draw versus Sacred Heart (Nov. 8).
• Overall, recorded eight multi-point games during the season, including six multi-assists contests.
• Scored or assisted on the game-winning goal on seven occasions.
• Led the Griffs with 15 power-play points (4g, 11a).
• Netted his first career short-handed goal at Army, igniting a rally from down three goals for a 6-4 victory (Oct. 17).
• Named to the Atlantic Hockey All-Academic Team.
2013-14 • FRESHMAN YEAR
Game-by-Game Statistics
• Appeared in 32 games as a rookie.
• Missed nine contests with an injury from Oct. 25 to Nov. 19.
• Totaled 23 points, six goals and 17 assists.
• Ranked 20th nationally among rookies and third in Atlantic Hockey with 0.72 points per game.
• Earned Atlantic Hockey Rookie of the Month honors in March after helping lead the Griffs to their second-consecutive conference title game.
• Accumulated eight points, three goals, five assists and a plus/minus rating of +8 in seven postseason games.
• Posted a season-best three points on a goal and two assists in a come-from-behind 5-4 double-overtime victory against second-seeded Bentley in the Atlantic Hockey Quarterfinals. His tally was the game-tying score with 4:05 remaining in the third period (March 15).
• Added an assist on the game-winning goal in the 3-2 deciding-game victory versus the Falcons (March 16).
• Collected Atlantic Hockey Rookie of the Week honors following the Bentley series.
• Registered two assists against Mercyhurst in the Atlantic Hockey Semifinals (March 21) and one goal in the championship versus Robert Morris (March 22).
• Netted his first career game-winning and power-play goal in game one of the Atlantic Hockey First Round against Sacred Heart (March 7).
• Tallied his first career point in his first collegiate game with an assist at Niagara (Oct. 12).
• Netted his first collegiate goal in a victory at Army (Dec. 6).
• Posted a pair of assists in games against Holy Cross (Jan. 3) and Niagara (Feb. 6).
• Named to the Atlantic Hockey All-Academic Team.
BEFORE CANISIUS
• Led the St. Michael’s Buzzers to the 2013 OJHL Championship.
• Earned the Brent Ladds Trophy as the OJHL Playoff MVP after leading the Buzzers with 35 points (14g, 21a) during the 23-game postseason run.
• Totaled 57 points, 28 goals and 29 assists in 51 games with St. Michael’s and the Burlington Cougars during the 2012-13 campaign.
• Selected as an OJHL West All-Star.
• Played for Team Canada East at the 2012 World Junior A Challenge, netting three goals in five games.
PERSONAL
• Son of Dave and Debbie Conacher.
• Two bothers, Kelin and Cory, and one sister, Jaclyn.
• Cory played for the Griffs from 2007 to 2011 and was named the 2009-10 Atlantic Hockey Player of the Year. The program’s all-time leader in career points and goals, he played with the Tampa Bay Lightning, Ottawa Senators, Buffalo Sabres and New York Islanders of the NHL.
• Majoring in sport management.
