Recapping 2026
Canisius enters its final competition of their inaugural season with a 4-2 record. The Blue and Gold won its program opener against Buffalo State, 231.100-195.195, before downing West Liberty and Wheeling in the following week of action to catapult Canisius out to a 3-0 record to start the campaign. The Golden Griffins faced two ranked opponents against No. 3 Quinnipiac and No. 9 Mary Hardin Baylor, dropping both of those decisions.

It's Senior Night
Canisius will honor two seniors at Thursday's meet , Julie Baker and Emma Levey. A Buffalo native Baker came to Canisius as a three-year member of the cheer team at Maryvale. Levey joined the Golden Griffins after previously competing at Texas Lutheran.

Scouting Gannon

All three of the Golden Knights' losses have come against top-five nationally ranked opponents including No. 2 Oregon, No. 3 Quinnipiac and No. 4 Fairmount State.
