Boot, Scoot and Boogie over to Canisius for Country/Western Night Friday

The Canisius Athletic Department announced that it will be hosting a Country/Western Night, sponsored by Pepsi, at the Canisius women's basketball game versus crosstown rival Buffalo on Nov. 22.

Tip-off for the contest for the contest between the Golden Griffins and Bulls is slated for 6 p.m. This exciting event promises a night full of fun, energy, and fantastic prizes for fans of all ages.

The rivalry game will feature a vibrant country/western atmosphere, various promotions and plenty of opportunities for fans to win premium prizes. Thanks to Pepsi's generous support, fans who show off their love of all things country and have a chance to take home exclusive giveaways, including corn hole boards, coolers, and more.

Country/Western Night is shaping up to be a fantastic event for fans to enjoy great basketball and a memorable atmosphere."

Fans are encouraged to wear their best honky-tonk inspired outfits and join the Griffs for a night of hoops, hospitality, and a bit of country flair. Whether you're here for the game, the giveaways, or the unique experience, Country/Western Night will have something for everyone.

Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased through the Canisius Athletics website or at the Koessler Athletic Center box office. Don't miss this chance to cheer on the Golden Griffins and participate in a night filled with excitement and camaraderie!
