Canisius Alumni Tailgate Party Planned for Nov. 8 in Syracuse

The Canisius Office of Alumni Engagement will be holding a special pregame tailgate party on Wednesday, Nov. 8 inside the JMA Wireless Dome in Syracuse, N.Y., prior to the start of the men's basketball game between the Canisius Golden Griffins and the Syracuse Orange.
 
The reception, which will start at 5:30 p.m., in the East End Flex Area, will feature refreshments and heavy appetizers. Tickets for the game and the reception cost $70, and Canisius fans who have already purchased game tickets for that night are invited to purchase a reception ticket for $25 per person.
 
Fans are encouraged to CLICK HERE to register for the event. The deadline to register is Nov. 3. Digital game tickets will be sent separately to those who register by the Nov. 3 deadline by the Canisius Ticket Office.

The men's basketball game at Syracuse will officially open the 2023-24 season for the Griffs. Canisius, which was recently picked to finish third in the MAAC Coaches' Preseason Poll, is led by Preseason All-MAAC Second Team selection Tahj Staveskie and Preseason All-MAAC Third Team choice, Xzavier Long.
 
Season tickets for the full home men's and women's basketball schedules are on sale now through the Canisius Ticket Office. To renew or purchase season tickets in advance, fans are encouraged to CLICK HERE to buy online, or call the Canisius ticket office at (716) 888-TIXX.
