1. Break Out the Brooms
• Canisius defeated Monmouth on the road, 71-62, in its first meeting with the Hawks this season and are looking to complete the season sweep of the team for West Long Branch, N.J., for the first time since 2017-18. The Blue and Gold are 5-1 at home in the series with Monmouth.

2. Timbers Leads the Way
• Senior AJ Timbers led the Griffs in scoring Thursday night for just the second time this season with 15 points. Timbers has recorded 15 or more points on six different occasions this season, including three of the last five games.

3. Timbers x5
• Timbers' 15 points on Thursday came exclusively from 3-point land as the forward connected on five of her eight attempts from behind the arc. It was the second time this season that the Philadelphia, Pa., native connected on five threes' in a single game, with the last coming against Quinnipiac on Jan. 18.

4. Two Griffs Grab 10
• Senior Anna Sweny and junior Danielle Sanderlin grabbed double-digit rebounds against Manhattan. Sweny matched her career-high with 10 caroms, while Sanderlin finished with a game-high 11 boards. They are the first pair of Golden Griffin teammates to finish a game with double figure rebounding numbers since Sanderlin and former Griff Sara Hinriksdottir recorded 18 and 10 caroms, respectively against St. Bonaventure on Nov. 13, 2018.

5. At the Charity Stripe
• The Golden Griffins have a free-throw percentage of 72.4 percent this season, led by senior D'Jhai Patterson-Ricks' 82.1 percent clip from the line. The team has gone to the line a total of 398 times, making 288 of those attempts.
