• Junior transfer D'Jhai Patterson-Ricks has the fifth best scoring average in the league this season, scoring 15.6 points per game in MAAC play. The Fayetteville, N.Y., product also ranks third with a 54.0 field goal percentage and is tied for second with a 50.0 percent clip from 3-point range.

• Canisius senior Maria Welch is one of the Golden Griffins best 3-point shooters over her career. She enters Thursday night ninth all-time in 3-pointers made with 148 total makes. The Erie, Pa., native is also 13th all-time in 3-point field goal percentage at 32.8 percent.
 
3. Hinriksdottir now Ninth on All-Time Scoring List
• After scoring a team-best 18 points against Quinnipiac on Sunday senior Sara Hinriksdottir product now stands ninth all-time on the Canisius scoring list with 1,257 points. She will need to score 73 points to pass Amanda Cavo (2005-09) for eighth all-time.
 
4. Top Three Shooting Team
• Canisius has a field goal percentage of 42.1 percent clip in league games, trailing only Marist and Quinnipiac for best in the league. The Blue and Gold are fourth in 3-point field goal percentage with 34.4 percent clip and third at the line with a 73.3 percent mark.
 
5. Slowing Down the Opposition
• Canisius has the league's best field goal percentage and 3-point field goal percentage defense, holding opponents to 37.1 and 29.5 percent. The Blue and Gold is also holding its opponents to 61.7 points per game, fifth best in the MAAC.
