Atlantic Hockey and B2 Networks to Broadcast Every League Game

The Atlantic Hockey Association and B2 Networks have announced a partnership to show every game of the 2007-08 of the league's regular season and postseason. Starting with the exhibition games on Sunday, Oct. 7, through the Atlantic Hockey Championship in March 2008, fans will be able to watch each league contest live worldwide.

Atlantic Hockey is the first NCAA Division I conference to have a season-long deal with B2 Networks.

“This is a great opportunity for Atlantic Hockey and its members,” Atlantic Hockey Commissioner Bob DeGregorio said. “Even though we would like friends, fans, families and alumni to watch their favorite teams in person, this gives those people, who are unable to attend, another avenue to see their teams play.”

Each Canisius College hockey game will be available through the school's website, GoGriffs.com. Fans can purchase individual games for $6 or purchase a season pass for $79.95.

“As technology continues to improve and become more accessible, opportunities like these allow for our athletic department to provide a number of options for Golden Griffin fans around the world,” Canisius College Director of Athletics Bill Maher said. “Combining the webcasts with the audio broadcasts of our hockey games enables fans who can't be at the games to follow our program as if they were at the arena.”

B2 Networks works with organizations in the American Hockey League, East Coast Hockey League, National Lacrosse League, International Hockey League, United States Hockey League, North American Hockey League and select NCAA conferences and member institutions.
