Men’s Soccer Welcomes Eight Newcomers to 2025 Roster

Canisius men's soccer head coach Michael Tanke announced the addition of eight newcomers to the roster for the 2025 season on Tuesday.

The group is made up of transfers Kerby Henao (St. John's) and Kiernan Van Engen (Binghamton) and freshmen Noah Baumslag (New York, N.Y.), Kiryl Dubins (Brooklyn, N.Y.), Larry Jiminez (Queens, N.Y.), Gabriel Leslie (St. Cloud, Fla), Juansebastian Quintero (Miami Lakes, Fla.) and Max Uribe (Winona, Minn.).

"We're welcoming eight new individuals and their families to the Canisius men's soccer family for the fall 2025 season," Tanke said. "Our staff is excited to see these guys on the Demske in August, but we're also looking forward to seeing where they can take this program over the course of the next four or five years. No doubt our future is bright."

"Kiernan is a transfer from Binghamton via Willamette (DIII) in Oregon where he played nearly every minute as a freshman. He's a lefty and a versatile player who can play midfield and centerback. His maturity on and off the field will add something to our group."
