Canisius Virtual 5K Run Walk Set for Sept. 24-Oct. 2

Canisius College, in conjunction with Van Wagner and elitefeats.com, are proud to present the Canisius Virtual 5K Run/Walk, presented by Independent Health.

Between Sept. 24-Oct. 2, participants can complete the race all at once, or spread the distance out throughout the nine-day challenge. Registered participants are encouraged to download any fitness tracking app and share photos, video and screen shots of your time using the #GoldenVirtual5K on Twitter, Instagram or Facebook to engage in friendly competition.

A commemorative race bib and a T-shirt (limited to the first 400 registrants) will be mailed out. The cost to be a part of this virtual event is $35 and registrants will have the option to donate their entry fee directly to the Canisius Blue & Gold Fund, or specify that their entry fee be directed to one of Canisius' varsity athletic programs.
