The Canisius men's soccer team continues its homestand with a non-conference match against Division I newcomer Stonehill. Kickoff is scheduled for 4 p.m. and will be aired on GoGriffs.com.

The match marks just the second contest the Skyhawks have played as a Division I program, dropping its season-opener last Friday against LaSalle, 5-3.

Graduate keeper William Howard has made 14 stops in net in the first two matches for the Golden Griffins. Entering Friday's contest, Howard ranks third in the nation in saves and fifth in stops per game.

Canisius returns to action Sept. 5 with a match against Ivy League foe Dartmouth. Kickoff from the Demske Sports Complex is scheduled for 1 p.m.
