The Canisius volleyball team begins its final homestand of the year as it welcomes Siena to the Koessler Athletic Center. The match is scheduled to start at 11 a.m. and stream on ESPN+.

The Golden Griffins currently sit one spot ahead of the Saints in the MAAC standings, in fourth place. If Canisius defeats Siena and Marist and Iona loses to Manhattan, the Griffs can move up to the No. 3 seed in the MAAC.

Sophomore outside hitter Kara Zaucha had a career day against Siena when the two sides met earlier this season on Oct. 16, posting a double-double with 18 kills and 14 digs. Junior right side Alexa Albinson paced the Griffs at the net against the Saints with five total blocks while senior outside hitter Ella Loussia added in a team-high two solo blocks in the 3-2 setback.

The Griffs are back in action Nov. 13 at noon to take on Marist in the regular season finale. The match will air on the Golden Griffin Broadcast Network.
