The Canisius men's soccer team returns to Western New York for a midweek match against Iona on Wednesday. Kick off from the Demske Sports Complex is scheduled for 4 p.m. with the contest being broadcasted on ESPN+.

In last year's match against the Gaels, the Golden Griffins earned a 2-0 victory in New Rochelle, N.Y. Lachlan Beever and current sophomore Dylan Rice tallied the goals for Canisius, backed behind a nine-save effort by keeper William Howard.

The Griffs will head back on the road for the next two matches, beginning with a Saturday tilt in Connecticut against Fairfield. The contest will begin at 1 p.m. and will be broadcasted on ESPN3.
