Canisius to Hold Memorial Mass for Father Dugan June 8

Canisius announced today that the College will hold a memorial Mass to celebrate the life of Rev. Paul J. Dugan, S.J. on Saturday, June 8 at Christ the King Chapel. The service, which is open to the public, will begin at 4 p.m.

Father Dugan passed away May 11 at the age of 95. "Doogs" as he is commonly known at Canisius, served as the athletic department's moderator from 1970 through 2012, holding the position for 42 years. He also served as Canisius' public safety chaplain and alumni chaplain.

In lieu of flowers, Canisius kindly requests that contributions and memorial gifts be made to:
