Men's Lacrosse to Host Free Instructional Clinic

The Canisius men's lacrosse team, in conjunction with DICK'S Sporting Goods, will be hosting a free instructional clinic March 16th, the team announced Friday.

The skills clinic, will take place from 3:30 p.m to 4:30 p.m., for boys in grades 1-8, will include instruction from Canisius head coach, and Team Canada Men's National Team assistant coach Mark Miyashita, along with selected men's players. The clinic will take place immediately following the Griffs' 1 p.m. contest against Colgate.

Capped at 100 participants, players must not play on a team with the Class of 2022 or older, due to NCAA compliance rules and regulations.

All players who sign up will receive a free ticket to the game that day, as well as a special gift from DICK'S Sporting Goods. All parents & siblings will be offered a discount rate for tickets to that afternoon's game.
