The Canisius women's soccer team will return to the road on Wednesday, when the Golden Griffins travel to face Siena. Game time in Loudonville, N.Y., is set for 3 p.m.

LAST TIME OUT
• Canisius was upended by Monmouth, 2-0.
• Monmouth fired 15 total shots towards the frame, with six going on goal, while the Griffs were credited with 10 shots on the day. 
• The Hawks ended the contest with a 4-2 advantage in corner kick chances.

CANISIUS – SIENA SERIES HISTORY
• Wednesday's match will be the 29th meeting between the conference rivals.
• Siena holds the 17-10-1 all-time record against the Griffs.  Canisius recorded its first win over the Saints since 2010 with a 1-0 victory to close out the 2016 regular season.
• The two squads squared off a second time in 2010, with Siena securing a 1-0 win in the MAAC Championship game.
• The Griffs were victorious in their first meeting during the 1990 season, defeating the Saints 4-3.

ABOUT THE SAINTS
• Siena is 4-6-0 on the year, holding a 0-3-0 record in the MAAC and are 2-1-0 at home.
• The Saints have dropped their last four matches, while being outscored 8-3.
• The team is led by junior Gabby Albano, who has tallied eight points on the campaign, recording three goals and two assists.
• Sophomore Taylor Dorado patrols the goal line for Siena. Dorado has started nine of the Saints 10 matches, allowing 1.30 goals per game and saving 54 shots, while recording two shutouts.
