  • Four-year standout from 2012-15 who developed into one of the top offensive players in Canisius baseball history, Panas earned three consecutive MAAC All-Academic Team selections for his work in the classroom as well.
  • Emerged as one of the MAAC’s premier hitters as a junior, batting .362 with a .574 slugging percentage, .443 on-base percentage and a conference-leading 51 RBI.
  • Named the MAAC Male Student-Athlete of the Year following his outstanding junior season, earning the conference’s highest individual honor.
  • Produced a dominant senior campaign in 2015, leading Canisius with a .372 batting average, 92 hits, 68 RBI, .632 slugging percentage and .472 on-base percentage.
  • Helped lead Canisius to the 2015 MAAC Championship, recording 13 hits and 12 RBI in six postseason games to earn MAAC Tournament MVP honors.
  • Named the 2015 NCBWA District II Player of the Year, an ABCA/Rawlings All-American and a Capital One Academic All-American before being selected by the Toronto Blue Jays in the ninth round of the 2015 MLB Draft.
