BEFORE CANISIUS
• Was a three-year letterwinner for St. Henry High School
• Helped lead St. Henry to the 2025 All-A Kentucky State Championship
• Named the 34th District Tournament Most Valuable Player
PERSONAL
• Daughter of Andy and Linda Helmers
• Has an older sister, Sydney
• Her father, Scott, played college basketball at Thomas More University and her mother, Linda, was a member of the Kentucky track and field program
• Older sister, Sydney, is a member of the volleyball program at Notre Dame
• Volunteered at the Mary Rose Mission Soup Kitchen in her free time
• Majoring in health and wellness
