2005: Closed out the season ranked second on the team with 272 kills in 99 games in her first season wearing Blue and Gold. Set a career-high with 18 kills against Coppin State. Had double-figure kills in 16 matches. Hit .133 with 23 service aces. Collected 260 digs, highlighted by her career-high 17 against Iona at home. Finished the year with a team-high 12 double-doubles (kills and digs). Was a member of the 2005-06 MAAC Academic Honor Roll.

Before Canisius: Transferred from Central Michigan University where she averaged 1.40 kills and 1.37 digs per game as a sophomore in 2004. Posted 15 kills on 31 attack attempts in Central Michigan's season-opening match against Wisconsin Green-Bay. Had nine kills and 10 digs against IUPUI Sept. 4, 2004. Played in five matches as a freshman in 2003. Had two kills at Oakland Sept. 23.

Personal: The daughter of Lawrence and Jacqueline Hayes, Aislinn is majoring in childhood education at Canisius.
