2005-06: Started all 29 games, the second-straight year she's started in every Canisius game. Averaged 5.9 points, 4.1 assists 3.7 rebounds and 1.8 steals for the Golden Griffins. Scored a career-high 17 points in the team's win at Rider Dec. 5. Tied for the team lead in assists with 119 with former teammate Becky Zak. Dished out a career-high nine assists in the Blue and Gold's win at St. Bonaventure Dec. 17. Finished the year ranked tied for third in the MAAC in assists per game average. Also ranked third in the league in assist-to-turnover ratio at 1.89. Led the team with 52 steals, which ranked sixth-best in the MAAC. Was good for at least one steal in 26 of the team's 29 contests. Was credited with a season-high four steals against four different teams (vs. Cornell, vs. Northeastern, vs. Niagara and vs. Loyola in the MAAC Tournament). Ranked second on the team in free-throw shooting percentage at 78.1 percent (50-for-64). Averaged 31.2 minutes per game, which was second most on the team. Played a career-high 37 minutes against Boston University and at Rider.
2004-05: Started all 31 Canisius games. Averaged 5.8 points and 4.4 rebounds per game as a sophomore. Scored 12 points in the Griffs' win at Colgate Nov. 27, then matched that mark with 12 points in the team's overtime win at home against Manhattan Feb. 25. Was credited with her first career double-double (points and rebounds) at Colgate Nov. 27, with 12 points and a career-high 10 boards. Scored 11 points in Canisius' win over Marist in the 2005 MAAC Championship game. Knocked down a three-point basket with 1:48 in regulation time to give the Griffs the lead for good in the championship contest. Became the first player in school history to score a basket in an NCAA Tournament game when she hit a three-point field goal 1:56 into the Griffs' game against Duke. Dished out eight assists against three different teams (vs. St. Bonaventure, home vs. Iona and at Rider). Led the team with 50 steals, highlighted by a career-high five against Manhattan in the first round of the 2005 MAAC Tournament. Her 29.5 minutes per game average ranked third on the team.
2003-04: Played in all 30 games in her rookie season and made two starts. Scored five points and pulled four rebounds in 35 minutes of action in her first career start Dec. 7, at Siena. Scored 10 points in a win over Saint Peter's Jan. 11, after going 3-for-3 from the field, 2-for-2 from three-point land and 2-for-4 from the free-throw line. Tied her season high with 10 points in the Griffs' quarterfinal win over Loyola in the 2004 MAAC Tournament. Registered seven points, nine boards and six assists in an overtime win against Hofstra Nov. 30. Collected three steals against Manhattan Feb. 6, in the Koessler Athletic Center.
Before Canisius: Played the point guard position for St. Mary's and was named the Crusaders' MVP after the 2002 season. Also served as a captain. Played four years of varsity volleyball as well, winning team MVP honors.
Personal: A physical education major, Jessie is the daughter of George and Debbie Lamparski. Volunteers as a basketball coach for girls' youth leagues. Has one sister, Julie, who played basketball at the University of Western Ontario and was named the OUA West Defensive Player of the Year in 2004 and 2005.
