Biography
Notes: McFadden brings a great deal of experience to the floor. Her athletic ability is a great help in Canisius' up-tempo style offense.
Junior Season: Played in all 28 games and started in five of those contests. Scored a season high nine points in the team's 86-76 win at Loyola Dec. 9. Tied a career-high with eight assists in the Griffs' win at Manhattan Jan. 27. Led the team with 95 assists. Finished the season averaging 16.1 minutes per game and 3.6 points per contest.
Sophomore Season: Only member of team to start in every regular season contest. Averaged 4.1 points per game. Ranked second on team in assists. Her 83 assists placed her 11th overall in the MAAC. Scored a career-high 10 points in a 97-84 win over Colgate on Dec. 17. Dished out a career-high eight assists in the season opener against Buffalo on Nov. 25.
Freshman Season: Saw action in 28 contests. Averaged 2.8 points and 1.3 rebounds. Had a then career-high eight points against St. Peter's on Feb. 6 while tying her career-high at the time with three rebounds.
Before Canisius: Was all-area as a senior and all-league as a junior at Platt High School. Was second team All-State in basketball and volleyball as a senior. Also played three years of softball and four seasons of volleyball in high school.
Personal: Prefers to go by the name Keia. The daughter of Linda McFadden and Jerry Robinson, Daakeia is a marketing major at Canisius. Has one brother, Troy.
