Before Canisius: Lettered four years in soccer and lacrosse at Johnson City... Named the Gettysburg Cup MVP in 1999... Tallied the single-season soccer assist record for the Wildcats in 2001... Named All-Binghamton Frontier League and Southern Tier MVP in lacrosse.

Personal: Majoring in international relations... The son of Len and Kathy Sas... Both parents and sister, Stephanie, attended Canisius... Stephanie played softball for the Golden Griffins, and Len played football... Has three sisters (Stephanie, Patty and Judy).
