2004: Saw action in 13 games with 12 starts... Grabbed 12 ground balls, including a season-high three against Duke (3/16).

2003: Played in 10 games... Recorded three ground balls.

Before Canisius: Transfer from SUNY Canton... All-Western New York and four-year letter winner... Also played hockey and golfed.

Personal: The son of Frank and Joyce Markiewicz, John is a physical education and health education major at Canisius.
