Mike Murphy

Mike Murphy is in his second season as equipment manager at Canisius College. Murphy is responsible for all equipment with the hockey program and assists with the team’s purchasing and inventory, while coordinating the team’s travel.

Murphy joined the Canisius staff after spending one season as equipment manager at Atlantic Hockey foe American International College during the 2013-14 campaign. Murphy also held the same position as an undergraduate at the University of New England for four years from 2009 to 2013.

A native of Brentwood, N.H., Murphy earned his bachelor’s degree in sports management from the University of New England in 2013. He is currently pursuing his master’s in sport administration at Canisius.
