Biography

Ranks third all-time in GAA (2.99) and save percentage (.895), fourth in saves (1,904) and sixth in wins (26).

2003-04: Played in 28 games as the team’s #1 goaltender... Posted a career-best 2.75 GAA... Recorded two shutouts, both against Quinnipiac, a 3-0 win at home (1/9) and a 1-0 overtime victory in the Atlantic Hockey quarterfinals at West Point (3/13)... Posted a season-high 39 saves in a 1-1 overtime draw with Lake Superior State (10/17)... Ranked fourth in Atlantic Hockey in GAA and ninth in save percentage.

2002-03: Played in 36-of-37 games as the team’s #1 workhorse between the pipes... Broke the Canisius single-season marks for minutes played and games played with 2,059 minutes in 36 games... Posted the second-highest single-season save total in Canisius history with 890 stops... Recorded a season-high 41 saves in 3-1 loss to Army (2/21)... Registered two shutouts, a 4-0 win at Bentley (11/22) and a 3-0 victory at American International (3/2)... Named ITECH/MAAC Goalie of the Week (2/17) after 45-save effort against Holy Cross.

2001-02: Saw action in 14 games, posting a 6-6-1 overall record... Earned a win in first collegiate start, a 7-2 victory over Fairfield (10/27)... Recorded first collegiate shutout, a 3-0 win over Sacred Heart (2/22)... Notched a career-high 38 saves in 6-5 overtime loss to Sacred Heart (2/9)... Selected as ITECH/MAAC Rookie of the Week two times (2/4 and 2/25)... Earned first award after a 27-save performance against Army and second honor after his 29-save shutout of Sacred Heart.

Before Canisius: Finished 16-17 in 2000-01 with a 2.83 GAA and a .921 save percentage for the Leamington Flyers... Recorded one shutout and four assists... Played football and rugby while attending North Park and West Hill SS.

Personal: A physical education major at Canisius, Bryan is the son of Stan and Cathy Worosz... Has an older brother, Scott and a younger sister, Alison.
