• Played in 17 games after sitting our 2008-09 in accordance with NCAA transfer rules.
• Averaged 1.6 points and 0.7 rebounds in his first season as a Griff.
• Scored a career-high eight points in a career-high 13 minutes of action at Rider (2/28).
• Came off the bench to score his first five career points in a home win against Iona (1/4).
• Pulled down two rebounds in two different games.
• Recorded his first career block against Siena (2/14).
• Was credited with his first career steal at Eastern Michigan (11/30).
• Averaged 5.5 minutes per game in a reserve roll.

Before Canisius
• Played the 2007-08 season at Tennessee Temple, an NAIA school in Chattanooga, Tenn.
• Played in all 26 games for the Crusaders.
• Led the team in scoring with 17.4 points per game and rebounding with 6.3 boards per contest.
• Ended the season ranked 32nd in the nation at the NAIA Division I level in scoring average, 30th in field goal percentage (53.1 percent).
• Also ranked 42nd in the nation at the NAIA-level for offensive rebounds per game (2.6).
• Posted double figures in the scoring column in all 26 games, highlighted by his season-high 34 points against Bluefield College.

• Is the first Lithuanian-born player in program history.
• The son of Saulius and Jura Griciene.
• Majoring in communications at Canisius.
• Has one brother, Lukas.
• His mother Jura played professional volleyball in the Soviet Union.
