Biography
Notes: Junior transfer from Central Connecticut State... Was a member of the Blue Devils’ 2002 NCAA Tournament team, which won 19 straight games going into the postseason... Sat out the 2003-04 season because of NCAA transfer rules but was allowed to practice with the team... Good ball-handler and good shooter... Needs to improve consistency from long range... Makes aggressive moves to the basket and can finish... Worked his way into the starting lineup midway through last season.
2004-05: Played in 23 contests and started the last 18... Ranked fourth on the team and 26th in the league in scoring (10.2/gm)... Also averaged 3.5 rebounds and 2.1 assists a contest... Scored in double figures in 13 games and led the team in scoring in three contests... Scored 20 points or more twice... Shot 41. 9 percent from the field and 77.1 percent from the free-throw line... Netted 16 points at the College of Charleston... Posted 23 points and eight rebounds vs. Manhattan (1/20)... Collected 23 points against Loyola (2/20)... Posted 14 points against Marist (2/26).
