Biography

NOTES
• One of five Canisius players to earn their undergraduate degree at the College's 2010 Commencement ceremony.
• Currently serving on the steering committee for Canisius' NCAA Division I Recertification Study.
• Needs 84 points to become the 30th player in school history to reach the 1,000 career point milestone.

2009-10
• Played in 31 games as a junior, missing just one game with an injury (vs. Siena, 2/14).
• Made 15 starts and averaged 23.4 minutes per game.
• Ranked third on the team and 24th in the MAAC with his 10.2 points per game average.
• Scored a season-high 20 points against Iona (1/4) and against Fairfield in the MAAC Tournament (3/6).
• Posted double-figures in the scoring column 15 times.
• Ranked second on the team with 6.1 rebounds per game, which ranked 13th best in the conference.
• Was credited with three double-doubles, including his 20 point/11 rebound effort vs. Fairfield (3/6).
• Pulled down 4.8 defensive rebounds per contest, which was seventh-best in the MAAC.
• Shot 42 percent from the field and 37.9 percent from 3-point range, while hitting 83 percent of his shots from the free-throw line.
• Ranked eighth overall (and third among forwards) in the MAAC in 3-point shooting percentage, hitting 36-of-95 shots from behind the arc.
• Drilled a season-high four 3-point field goals in the Griffs' MAAC Tournament game against Fairfield (3/6).
• Averaged 15.5 points and 10.5 rebounds per game in the team's two MAAC Tournament games against Marist and Fairfield.
• Became the 25th player in school history to reach the 500-career rebound milestone.
• Started the season by being named Preseason All-MAAC Third Team.

2008-09
• Played in all 31 games for the team and made 25 starts.
• Ranked third on the team in scoring average with his 11.3 points per game, which ranked 22nd in the MAAC.
• Scored a career-high 26 points against Saint Peter's (2/8) after he hit a career-high 11 field goals against the Peacocks.
• Closed out the month of February by averaging 16.7 points and 7.3 rebounds per game in seven contests.
• During the MAAC regular season, he averaged 12.5 points per game against conference rivals.
• Was credited with a team-high six double-doubles (points and rebounds).

• Led all Canisius players with his 7.0 rebounds per game which was eighth-best in the league.
• His 218 rebounds for the season make him just the third Canisius player since 1999-00 to pull down 200-plus boards in a year.
• Ranked eighth in the MAAC in offensive rebounds per game (2.2 per contest) and ninth in defensive rebounds per game (4.4 per outing).
• Had a career-high 14 rebounds at Howard (12/1) where became the first Canisius player since 1987-88 to pull down more than 10 offensive boards in one game.
• Led the team with his shooting percentage of 45.4 percent, which ranked 12th in the MAAC.
• Also the team's top free-throw shooting, hitting on 74.4 percent of his shots from the charity stripe.
• Was named the MAAC Player of the Week Feb. 23 after he posted an average of 19 points and eight rebounds in two games.
• Averaged 25.1 minutes per game.

2007-08
• Was one of three freshmen in the MAAC to be named to the collegeinsider.com Freshman Mid-Major All-America team.
• Played in all 31 games and led the team’s freshmen group with 26 starts.
• Averaged eight points and a team-high 5.5 rebounds per game in his first season in Blue and Gold.
• Scored in double figures 10 times, highlighted by his career-high 23-point effort at Niagara (3/2).
• Scored 10-plus points in six of the Griffs’ final seven games.
• Led all MAAC freshmen in rebounding average with his 5.5 boards per contest.
• Pulled down a season-high 12 rebounds at Buffalo (11/27).
• Recorded his first career double-double (12 points/10 rebounds) against Albany (2/23).
• Shot 47.4 percent from the field, 41.1 percent from 3-point range and 71.4 percent from the free-throw line.
• In his last 11 games, he averaged 13.5 points and 6.9 rebounds per game.
• Was named the MAAC’s Rookie of the Week three times.
• Averaged 21 minutes per game.

Before Canisius
• Was named The Kent School's Team MVP after averaging 21 points, 11 rebounds and four assists per game as a senior.
• Also earned first-team all-state honors while playing for the Lions and head coach Don Gowan.
• Named first-team all-state Class B as a junior at Sodus High School after averaging 20.3 points and five rebounds a contest.
• Helped lead Sodus to the 2005 state championship after the Spartans went 27-0.

Personal
• Born March 16, 1988 in Sodus, N.Y.
• The son of Greg Logins Sr., and Shirley Jackson.
• Earned his undergraduate degree in physical eduaction in May 2010.
• Currently working towards his master's degree at Canisius.
• Has four siblings, Denzell, Shamar, Alexis and Kiera.
• His cousin, James Reaves, played at Niagara from 2000-04.
