Before Canisius: Played two seasons at Baylor, where he appeared in 41 contests and made 10 starts... Averaged 7.4 points, 3.4 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game as a sophomore while shooting 44.1 percent from the field... Played 26.6 minutes a contest... Played at Timon-St. Jude High School in Buffalo, where he was a two-time first-team all-state selection... Led Timon-St. Jude to a 27-2 record in 2000-01 and posted 23 points and nine rebounds in an 80-78 double overtime loss to Amityville in the semifinal game of the Class B Federation Tournament of Champions... Spent the 2001-02 campaign at The Winchendon School in Massachusetts, where he helped the team to a 24-4 record.
