• Appeared in 11 games.
• Opponents batted .261 when putting the ball in play, the lowest batting average of any pitcher on taff

• Picked up the win by recording the final two outs in the 10-inning win against Buffalo on March 30
• Threw a scoreless 1.2 innings at Maryland on March 5

• Allowed zero or one earned run in 11 of 17 appearances and in 16 of last 23 appearances dating back to freshman season
• Threw 27.1 innings after throwing 8.1 innings as a freshman
• Went a season-high four innings in first appearance of the season (Feb. 20 against Illinois-Chicago)
• Allowed eight walks in last 15 appearances (22 innings) and had 14 strikeouts in those 15 appearances

2009 Season

• Picked up first career win against St. Bonaventure on April 15. Threw two scoreless innings to earn up the victory
• Didn't allow a run in last three appearances
• Allowed one run of fewer in five of last six appearances
