2004: Worked his way into the weekend starting rotation... Made seven starts and 10 appearances.... Finished with a 1-4 record... Led the team in ERA and ranked second with 38 strikeouts... Allowed three hits and three runs while striking out six in six innings at Le Moyne (4/10)... Gave up just two earned runs in seven innings against Rider (4/26)... Pitched four scoreless innings and earned a win against Iona (5/8).

Before Canisius: Played for the Canadian Thunderbirds?2002 Regional Champions at Chinguacousy, winning pitcher in championship game.

Personal: The son of Rosemarie and Philip Rees... Transferred from York University... Michael is a digital media arts major at Canisius.
