2005: Named first-team All-MAAC... Earned MAAC Player of the Week honors March 20... Ranked third in the league in hitting (.351), second in slugging percentage (.578) and second in on-base percentage (.451)... Had 13 multiple-hit and 14 multiple-RBI games... Posted a 12-game hitting streak and is currently on an eight-game stretch... Posted 41 RBIs, the second-most in a single season at Canisius... Also tallied 10 doubles, two triples and seven homers... One of two Griffs to start all 47 games... Made 35 starts at shortstop and seven in the outfield... Hit third in the lineup in 46 games.

Before Canisius: Lettered two years at Jamestown Community College... Named first-team All-Western New York Athletic Conference in 2003... Named first team all-region 2004... Member of 2004 NJCAA Division III World Series team; hit .406 with 13 doubles, three triples, four homers and 38 RBIs... Lettered three years in baseball at Silver Creek... Named All-Western New York in 2002... Second-team all-state in 2002; hit .526 as a senior.
