Before Canisius: Attended Erie Community College from 2002-04... Academic All-American at Erie... Letterwinner at Clarence High School in soccer and baseball... Third-team All-Western New York in soccer.

Personal: The son of Thomas and Patricia Winiewicz... Alex is a physical education major at Canisius.
