2014-15 • SENIOR YEAR
Game-by-Game Statistics

• Team captain.
• Appeared in 36-of-37 games during the season.
• Recorded 11 points, two goals and nine assists.
• Anchor of a record-setting Canisius defense, which allowed a program-low 2.24 goals per game.
• Overall, the Griffs posted the best scoring defense in Atlantic Hockey and 11th-best nationally.
• Canisius also owned the nation’s best defense following Jan. 6, allowing just 1.56 goals per game as the Griffs went 12-4-2 in the final 18 contests to finish second in Atlantic Hockey– matching the program’s best finish.
• Named Atlantic Hockey Defensive Player of the Week on Feb. 24 after keying the Griffs’ defense to a sweep of rival Mercyhurst.
• Registered a season-best five blocked shots in opener of the series to go along with one assist against the Lakers (Feb. 20).
• Tallied goals versus Air Force (Nov. 29) and Maine (Jan. 2).
• Matched a career-best with two assists against NCHC foe Western Michigan, including a helper on the game-winning tally (Oct. 10).
• Named to the Atlantic Hockey All-Academic Team.

2013-14 • JUNIOR YEAR

• Set career highs with 22 points, eight goals and 14 assists.
• Ranked second among Atlantic Hockey defensemen with his eight goals.

• His seven points are tied for the second most by a defender in the tournament’s history.

• Posted an assist in back-to-back games of the Atlantic Hockey Quarterfinals against Air Force, helping lead the Griffs to a sweep against the two-time defending league champions (March 15 and March 16).
• Also recorded an assist versus Alaska (Oct. 13), Clarkson (Nov. 4), Mercyhurst (Jan. 26) and RIT (March 1).

2011-12 • FRESHMAN YEAR

• Appeared in 34-of-36 games during his rookie season.
• Totaled seven points, two goals and five assists.
• Registered his first collegiate point with an assist on an extra-attacker goal in a 3-3 draw at Air Force (Oct. 29).
• Netted his first career goal in a 2-1 victory at Army (Jan. 7).
• Posted a personal-best three points (1g, 2a) at Robert Morris (Feb. 3).
• Also tallied multiple points against Sacred Heart, registering two assists (Jan. 22).
• Named to the Atlantic Hockey All-Academic Team.

BEFORE CANISIUS
• Played one season with the Woodstock Slammers of the MHL.
• Named the MHL Top Defenseman and a first-team MHL All-Star.
• Led all defensemen in the MHL with 23 goals and 12 power-play tallies during the 2010-11 season.

• Also spent two seasons with the Drumbeller Dragons of the AJHL.
