2006-07: Scored first goal of his career Nov. 12, against Air Force... Notched second goal of the season at Bentley Dec. 2... Both goals came on the power play... Also had an assist Oct. 21, against Sacred Heart... Played in all 35 games and has played in 44 consecutive contests...

2005-06: Recorded first collegiate point with an assist against Mercyhurst Dec. 10... Had four assists on the season... Played in 31 games, including the last 26... Named to Atlantic Hockey All-Academic Team

2004-05: Saw action in three games

Before Canisius: Played two seasons for The Trinity-Pawling School, a prep school in Pawling N.Y... Served as team captain in 2004 and named to the Founders' League All-Star Team... Scored two goals and added 28 assists in two seasons for the Pride... Played three seasons at Hamilton H.S. before attending Trinity-Pawling... In final season of 2002, Follett was named all-league and All-Central New York, scoring 15 goals and posting 26 assists... Also played soccer at Trinity-Pawling, twice named Western New England Prep School All-Star
