Notes: Excellent shooter... Has great athletic ability... Needs to improve consistency... Will see more playing time at small forward than last season... Proved in a couple games he has the ability to hit the big shot... Look for him to be a mainstay in the starting lineup and emerge as one of the Griffs’ top players this season.

2002-03: Sixth on the team in scoring with seven points a game and second on the team in rebounding with 6.1 boards an outing... Played in all 28 games and started 27... Posted 73 assists (2.6/gm).... Ranked 13th in the MAAC in rebounding ... Scored in double-figures in eight games and had three double-figure rebounding contests... Led Canisius in rebounding in five games and in assists in one contest... Posted two double-doubles... Tallied 12 points and 13 rebounds at Niagara (11/30)... Had 11 points and seven boards vs. Morgan State (12/17)... Posted 12 points and eight rebounds vs. Fairfield (1/14)... Tallied 10 points and 10 rebounds vs. Siena (1/16)... Had 10 points and seven boards in MAAC Tourney game against Marist (3/7).

2001-02: Played in all 30 games and started one... Averaged 2.5 points and 2.1 rebounds a contest... Averaged 11.5 minutes a game... Scored a career-high nine points against Notre Dame... Grabbed a career-high eight rebounds against Cornell, his first as a Griff... Tallied six rebounds against Bucknell... Scored seven points against Manhattan (2/8) and Loyola (3/1)... Dished out a career-high three assists against Bucknell and Loyola (1/26).

Before Canisius: Led Charlestown to back-to-back state championships... The Townies went 57-1 in Jones’ last two years... Averaged 17.8 points, 10.1 rebounds and 6.3 assists as a senior... Dropped in 25 points in the state championship game, including seven three-pointers, to lead Charlestown to its second-straight title... Named all-area.
