Head Coach Sahar Nusseibeh's Postgame Comments
"We definitely made progress from the last two games. Prior to the last two games, I think we were on an upward trajectory where we were getting better each game and that's our goal. Our goal is to be a better team than the game before. The great thing is we got back on track with that. The biggest thing for our team to understand is growth isn't linear. We took two steps back the last two games but we made some upward movement and progressed. So proud of their efforts and proud of their compete."

Game Notes
• Tuesday was the 67th all-time meeting between the two MAAC rivals. After the setback, Canisius now leads the all-time series, 35-32.
• Väätänen recorded a season-high three blocks, one off of her career high set during the 2018-19 season while at LIU.
• Haskell's 17 points extended her streak of having a double-digit point total to eight games. She has scored at least 11 points in six games during the span.
