1. Rebound from Kids Day
• Canisius will look to rebound from its Kids Day loss to Marist on Thursday. Despite losing by their largest margin this season, the Golden Griffins recorded their fourth-best shooting performance with a 41.2 percent mark from the floor. Canisius also made half of its 3-pointers versus Marist, the third time on the year the Griffs shot 50.0 percent or better from downtown.

2. Sanderlin Hitting Her Stride
• Junior forward Danielle Sanderlin recorded her fifth double-digit scoring night of the season on Thursday and third in the last four games. In league play this season, Sanderlin is averaging 12.3 points and 6.7 rebounds per contest. Thursday was also the second time this season that the Williamstown, N.J., native led the team in scoring.

3. From the Perimeter
• Under second-year head coach Scott Hemer, the Blue and Gold have made 50.0 percent of their 3-point field goal attempts on eight different occasions. Thursday's contest marked the third time this season that Canisius has reached the plateau. The Griffs shot a whopping 77.8 percent from deep against Iona on Feb. 2, 2019, the best 3-point field goal percentage in a game under Hemer.

4. Sweeney Returns
• Sophomore transfer Shayla Sweeney returned to the floor in Thursday's loss to Marist after missing Canisius' previous five games. Before being out, Sweeney recorded a season-high 11 points at Vermont, going 5-for-12 from the field. The guard finished with seven points in her return.

5. Conely Gives Quality Minutes
• In the Golden Griffins lost to Marist, Shannon Conely recorded a season-high eight points in just 16 minutes of action. The senior scored six of her eight total points in the fourth quarter against the Red Foxes, accounting for more than half of Canisius' 13 total points in the frame.
